ADVANCED AND HONORS VISUAL ARTS are courses designed to accommodate students who have demonstrated a strong interest in art. During these courses, students will be encouraged to experiment with art materials and create their own body of work that explores a topic of personal interest. All students will submit a final portfolio of their work to Ms. Brown at the end of the year.

SUPPLY LIST

A used, old hardbound book (think like "saved from the thrift store trash bin" kind of book. We will be deconstruction these.)

A sketchbook (8 x 10 in. or larger)

Pencil and eraser

*Students are welcome to bring in "extra" materials for their projects (ex: found objects, drawing sets, painting kits, etc.)
