When and where is the ceremony?
At Woods, in the gym, on Saturday, June 10th at 10:00 a.m. 
The school's address is 160 Woodland Grove Lane, Chapel Hill, NC  27516.

Where do I park?
The only reserved parking is for handicap parking.  All other school parking spaces are open to all.  We will also park in the field across Woodland Grove Lane from the school.  Parking attendants will be present to assist.

How long does the ceremony last?
We expect the ceremony to last about 2 1/4 hours.  It is a long-standing Woods tradition to allow all graduates to address the audience after they receive their diplomas.  This tradition makes for a deeply meaningful ceremony, but not a quick one!

Are seats reserved?  Do I need tickets?
There are no reserved seats.  You do not need tickets.

Will the event be livestreamed for people who are not able to attend?
Yes, we have hired a professional videographer to assist with livestreaming and recording the event.  The login for the livestream will be posted on the front page of the school website, and we will send it directly to seniors and their parents.

Will there be a guest speaker?
Since we allow all seniors to speak at graduation, we do not have an outside speaker. 

What time should graduates arrive?
They should report to The Glade at 9:00 a.m.
